To Your Good Health

Greetings, NectrHeads,

Off to first Regional Camp this weekend  in SSF.  If I don't see you there, will post notes here.

So glad the weather has finally gotten enjoyable.  There are a lot of things in life that you just have to 'get through' and the pleasant things are on the other side. (Barstow comes to mind.)

Mike and I have had our morning Rize and Core.    We'll have lunch Nectr and then tonight is Calm night.  (Every other night is what we do.)   We don't always eat correctly or healthy,  so we count on the TBT superfood to take up the slack.

Everything helps:   ran into an old friend yesterday.  In catching up I asked about his sons and grandchildren.   Tears came into his eyes as he told me he has 1 grandson and 3 granddaughters.  "The youngest girl is just 6 months old.  Her mom has cancer."   The mom is 34 years old and has cancer in her brain and spine.  His heart was breaking for this little baby girl who will not have much time at all with her mother.

So there we were, crying in the bakery section of WalMart Super Store.

We have lost so many friends this year to fast, deadly cancers.  Young and old.

Take your Nectr.  Exercise.  Eat healthy. Make sure your friends/loved ones do, too.

SHARE THE HEALTH!

 Mike & Barb
