Drip Marketing Is No Accident
1st of 3 Sessions
Observe an effective marketer and you will notice that she contacts you more than just one time. And in a variety of ways WITHOUT jeopardizing the relationship. Steady and consistent contacts win the customer - NOT overly aggressive actions. She contacts you in a way that leaves the door open for the next contact. Remember, the same message - endlessly repeated - loses effectiveness. The effective drip marketer will build awareness and then educate to build trust. Effective drip marketing is no accident. Her drip marketing strategy is no accident. It is no accident that she contacted you to ask if you saw the television show regarding antioxidants and anti-aging, and then asked you about your experience with the products she just gave you.It is no accident that you receive her monthly Pilates email regarding fitness, good nutrition, and quality sleep hygiene. [This strategy would apply in the financial world and other businesses. I have proof of that.] This is her way of remaining what is called "top-of-mind" in your head. Because some day when you NEED to solve your sleep and weight issues, you WILL call her because she purposefully stayed in touch with you.Marketing experts used to say (circa. 1960 - 1990) that it required 7 different touches or contacts before your customer buys from you. Today with all of the electronic media and overwhelming amount of information, my social media consultant says that contact number is 23 to 24 different planned touches. I believe her.To succeed as a marketer of any kind, you need to use a variety of touches, with an emphasis on the effective combination of these touches (contacts):

Find the combination that works for YOU, and then work it.
To experience average results and live an average lifestyle: Consistently stop at 7 or 8 touches.
To experience excellent results and live an excellent lifestyle: Design a strategic plan of multiple, effective touches (contacts).
CAUTION: Too many touches too frequently and you jeopardize the relationship. You will become nothing more than white noise and be avoided and ignored.
Contact me for specifics that work best for you. Call me and I will tell you about a business team that grew over 38 % in just 21 days - reaping the harvest of a carefully planned and thoughtfully targeted drip marketing strategy.
