Greetings, Terra-guys and gals!

Brief blog today:  some mountain folks are coming down along with some Bay Area people who must be lost and Mike is bbq'ing some ribs.  So I am finding it necessary to DUST.   (I swore off that useless activity a long time ago, but every now and then I move a duster around, just for looks.)

We have been conducting a Terra-test on a friend of ours, and I have some results back, so let me explain.  A friend from church -- a very fit guy, slim and active -- suddenly came down with  a terrible case of what his drs. diagnosed as arthritis.  You may think of arthritis as slow-onset, but our friend was severely hampered in movement in about two months' time.  Doctors said there was little they could do, although they laid a lot of  Rx on him.

Mike and I thought he need a hip replacement (no big deal in this day and age).  But when we found out about the diagnosis and saw his pain and limitations, worsening daily,  Mike called Warren. "Do you think Core would work for our friend?"

Warren:  "Absolutely.  Get him to drink 3 or so Core a day initially."

So Mike ordered a bunch of Core and Calm for him (he told us he gets up 3-4 times a night and can't sleep well at all).  He got his order one week ago and drank his first Core last Friday afternoon.  He told us Sunday, "I don't want to get excited, but I think I'm feeling better."

Yesterday Mike spoke with him and he is so excited.  He said he is getting off the drugs the dr. had him on, his  pain is much less, and he can move so much easier.  Plus, he is sleeping like a baby and waking up refreshed and rested.  We don't want to get excited either, but sometimes... the writing is on the wall.

Well, gotta go push some dust around and put together some summer squash, potato salad, sweet french bread and salad to go with those yummy ribs.... wish you were here!

Hugs,
Barb
