I was talking to Mike this morning after breakfast and he seemed sleepy, not his usual beyond-peppy self. I said, "Did you have your Rize?"
"I forgot!"
There you have it: it's not a question of can YOU tell if you've had your daily Nectr. It's a question of can OTHER PEOPLE tell?

I order a few things from a favorite vitamin website (vitacost.com) every now and then -- like hyaluronic acid caps -- and decided to crawl around in there getting an idea of how much it would cost to cobble together your own superfood blend, as it were. Guys, it would cost you a small fortune monthly to 'do it yourself'. And then it probably would be not even remotely as good.
Nectr is valuable and value.

As summer continues out here on the Left Coast, can't help but wonder: WILL FALL EVER GET HERE?
Maybe if I gaze long enough at the scary castle above, the winds will begin to howl, thunderclouds will roll in, and all the great things we love about October will begin to happen.
