Experience has taught most of us the beauty and importance of simplicity. We marvel at the complexity of the works of great men like Albert Einstein who took the complex world of science and allowed others to harness it through mathematical breakthroughs, which in turn bring us the simplicity of life's luxuries. Thanks to great minds like Einstein's, you can flip a switch and have light. Plug in an appliance and have heat or refrigeration. Turn a key or push a button to start a car engine. It is with the same mindset we must build our business - appreciate the complexity of our products and tools and take advantage of their simplicity in daily use. Make it as easy as the flip of a switch, the turn of a key or the push of a button for your team to build.

My favorite Einstein quote, "If you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it yourself," is an easy one to remember when you work and share with others. When you keep things simple, you have the opportunity to involve more people and to get more done. I can't imagine what it would be like to run my former business without state-of-the-art equipment, tools and supplies - all which made our jobs easier, the quality of our work better and made it easier to make money more quickly.

To host a successful Business Opportunity Meeting, it is important to be well organized.  To build a good rapport and confidence with your prospects is to start on time, and more importantly end on time. 

Plan ahead and work to get an accurate head count of expected attendees to select the right meeting room and layout.  Always have plenty of samples, enrollment forms (or an iPad/computer) and brochures available.  Limit your meetings to no more than 30 minutes and include a brief introduction of the speaker, a corporate approved business opportunity presentation and a few short testimonials on the product and the opportunity. When you close, ALWAYS invite your guest to get with the person who invited them to get questions answered and to sign up. 

Anyone can easily become the "Hostess with the Mostest Enrollments", by simply being organized and working together with your team.
