Someone asked me the other day what I thought about the long-term prospects of Terra-bio Tech. Because I know you don't care what I think, I passed the question along to the Man Who Really Matters. Here's Warren Nugent's thoughtful and solid reply. Warren came to Terra-bio Tech from a very successful construction background. He is no stranger to what it takes to start, build and maintain a company. After reading this I think you'll realize you can trust your efforts to Warren.
I know that in the past 10 years many network marketing companies have come and gone: it actually seems the norm. I believe this has a lot to do with the fact that many of these companies are started by people with little business experience and in many cases have false expectations of both the complications of opening a business and more so the challenges of a start-up.When we started down the path of Terra Biotech, it was done with a firm understanding that we could change lives of many people facing health challenges; we understand from thorough analysis that this is a booming industry expected to double in the next several years. We also understood that when a company enters the start-up stages, it requires capital, much like a car requires gas to go on a long trip. If the car runs out of gas, it stops -- so does a company and that is one of the reasons that in the early stages, well before we launched the company, that we got the right group of people on board. A group of business advisors and investors that not only wanted to invest in a nutritional company, but also understood our mission and vision to build a world class company that would change the lives of millions of people and children….. we have that group of experienced business people. At Terra Biotech, we do not look 3-4 months down the road, we are looking 3-5 years in advance and planning accordingly.Another analogy that seems to fit for me would be: when my father first let me get behind the wheel of a car, I remember staring right over the hood to be sure I stayed within the lines of my lane. My Dad kept telling me that I need to look further out, but I just could not do it and stay in my lane. I think experience in business is similar. If you do not have the years behind you, if you do not have that steadfast commitment to building, while understanding that it may not go as you planned and be prepared, then you are only looking what’s happening right in front of you at the time and do not see what’s down the road. I think this is what happens to many other companies. Please give me a call if you should have any questions.God Bless,Warren NugentPresident and CEOTerra Biotech, LLC1333 B Oak Lawn AvenueDallas, Texas 75207
