Gee, but it's great to be back home---

However, it was beyond wonderful to be with our little family that is moving to Cairo mid-August.  That is going to be a HUGE adjustment for all of us; but we had a great time this past week.

My one regret:  I only made it to Cracker Barrel for their catfish, turnip greens, okra and cornbread three times while we were gone.

Mike got home and found his two brothers have been BUSY referring friends to Core!  They are both getting such great results that they are sharing with all their friends.  So Mike has been calling their referrals and arranging for FREE samples to be sent to them.

All across the nation, calls are going out for participants to sign on for a 20-year cancer study regarding genetics.

I checked with the American Cancer Society website about cancer prevention and cancer survivability and it says that diet is crucial, BUT vitamins, supplements and superfoods are probably not helpful. (Translation, please!  They want you to exercise and eat up, but when you can't get off the couch after your chemo, radiation, etc.,  like Jamie Nugent,  what then?  Don't worry -- they'll come up with a drug for it in the next ten years or so.)  

3. Texas is fighting over their $3 Billion that they recently set aside for cancer prevention per taxpayer vote at Lance Armstrong's behest, and already there is upheaval over who should be getting the money -- so the heads  are reviewing and re-reviewing money that has already been allocated but not spent. 

WELL, if like the American Cancer Society says, diet and exercise help you survive cancer and increase your chances of it not returning, then what we have is a good thing!  CORE helps you eat better, get off the couch, do things you could not do before.

 Drugs, pharmaceuticals, chemotherapies, radiation, nuclear implants.... they can do what they can do. And they certainly employ lots of people and make drug companies and stockholders money.   But they aren't the only thing that can help!
