Greetings, NectrHeadz across the Continent,

Hope you were on the fantastic National Call last night -- Lori Petrone electrified everyone with what she shared, Warren Nugent was, as usual, the 'real deal', and Brad Clements wrapped it all up with a bow.

I'm off to eye exam to renew contac Rx in a few minutes, but will post the recording here  later today in case you missed it.

Next Awesome Call is on tap for Thursday.  Check details on Weekly Conference Call, on the Page tab at top of blog and line up some guests to hop on there with you.  It's the lazy man's way to build a team.

Mike signed up new QE yesterday -- it was his big brother.  I've printed his testimony about the Nectr products on here (see posts from a couple of weeks ago).  Big Bro called yesterday:  "Little Lamm, I need to be able to get 'this stuff' whenever I want to at wholesale.  Now, I don't want to run out.  I don't know how it works, but I haven't felt this good in years."

He could have been our Preferred Customer, but he'll get wholesale instead of discount as QE.  Also, he has been telling everybody he knows and they should be getting their 'stuff' from him instead of Mike.   So, a big welcome to Big Brother!

Talked to our next new QE last night.  This one will be a STAR:  he has incredible talent, knowledge, expertise, goals and vision.   I haven't met him yet and am looking forward to doing so today.  Everytime we speak on the phone, he gets Mike and me excited because of what he knows about the health supplement industry.  He is thrilled by the formula in Terra-bioTech Nectr products and his thrill is based on science.

The cool thing is:  we didn't plan it ths way, I mean, enrolling QEs during Double Fast Start period.  We would have been happy to sign them up before Double Fast Start --- it was just the timing on their end coincided with FSFS on our end.  Whaddyathink?!

The library shelves were thin yesterday so I sat down and read a few pages of an old book by John Maxwell, "Failing Forward".  There is some seriously great  wisdom in there, well worth a re-read or three.  Here are some excerpts:

A man is not defeated by his adversity but by himself. You are only as disadvantaged as you want to be. “One reason God created time was so that there would be a place to bury the failure of the past.” – James Long. There are people who’ve had it better than you and done worse, and there are people who’ve had it worse than you and done better. The circumstances have nothing to do with success. The past can make you bitter or better–the choice is yours.
Once you know the net will catch you; you stop worrying about falling. You actually learn to fall successfully! What that means is, you can concentrate on catching the trapeze swinging toward you, and not on falling, because the repeated falls in the past have convinced you that the net is strong and reliable when you do fall…The result of falling and being caught by the net is a mysterious confidence and daring on the the trapeze. You fall less. Each fall makes you able to risk more. - Lloyd Ogilvie, trapeze artist
If you take risks and fail, you’ll have fewer regrets than if you do nothing. The difference between failure being a good thing and a bad thing is whether you learn from it and put those new lessons into action, so be teachable in failure. “The more you do, the more you fail. The more you fail, the more you learn. The more you learn, the better you get.” – Jim Zabloski, business author.
People change when they: A.) Hurt enough that they have to, B.) Learn enough that they want to, or C.) Receive enough that they are able to.
“Learning is a change in behavior. You haven’t learned a thing until you can take action and use it.” – Don Shula and Ken Blanchard.
“Don’t let your learning lead to knowledge, let your learning lead to action.” – Jim Rohu.

A lot of people have had a lot of failure at that 'ladder thing' shown above, usually because the product or service that they were standing on let them down.

When the scaffolding of your network is embedded in a solid product, a Class Creator,  something that even gets Dr. Williams excited -- you can go to work helping everyone climb that Ladder of Success.

That's what we have with Terra-bioTech!  If you haven't  tried it yet, contact me or some other NectrHead and ask for some free samples.  Think Better. Feel Better. Sleep Better.  It's not just our slogan:  it's our very understated reality
